· Pristine Car Wash will charge to the authorized credit card account monthly based on plans selected on initial purchase.

· The initial purchase will be charged immediately followed by automatic charge to the authorized credit card every 30 days thereafter.

· There are no statements issued to the customer when the monthly charge is billed each month.

· The automatic recharge stays in effect until the customer cancels the plan.

· The Unlimited Monthly Wash plan can be cancelled at any time.

· Cancellations must be received at least 10 days prior to the next billing date.

· Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the next billing date may be charged for that month and the cancellations will not be effective until the next billing date.

· No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.

· A barcode sticker that identifies your vehicle will be applied to the inside front windshield by a Pristine Car Wash employee at the time of initial purchase of unlimited plan.

· Your barcode sticker is valid for one vehicle only.

· Only the enrolled vehicle is eligible for the Unlimited Monthly Package and any attempt to remove the sticker will prevent it from operating properly.

· Unlimited Monthly Packages cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, gift cards or any other programs.

· Pristine Car Wash and Detail reserves the right to close the car wash due to weather, holidays, maintenance, etc.
